"Biogon" is a mixture of nitrogen and carbon dioxide, often used for packaging products.
The Biogon production plant consists of the following components:
- nitrogen station;
- mixer for nitrogen and carbon dioxide;
- source of carbon dioxide (carbon dioxide is usually brought in cylinders or in liquid form).
Station equipment:
- air compressor with built-in dehumidifier on the receiver;
- nitrogen generator;
- buffer nitrogen receiver;
- gas mixer;
- source of carbon dioxide;
- receiver for the finished mixture "Biogon";
- automatic control system.
The user independently selects the percentage of gases, as a rule, it is 80% nitrogen and 20% carbon dioxide (± 2%).
